{...The Million Things I Wanna Say}

I've been scrapbooking.
And I like it.

Thought I'd share the latest pages.
My scanner (or more than likely, my desktop computer)
was not cooperating. So, I ended up taking photos of these.
That's the reason ribbon looks crooked and edges aren't
even. Things lined up better in real life.

Life is a journey, not a destination. The journaling says: 'In
Flagstaff, on the way to the Grand Canyon.' Notice the reflection
of the sunset in my glasses and the road in David's. It's in the
details, baby!

Now for a two-pager...

I'm just a girl in the world. Title courtesy of No Doubt, of course.
This one took me forever, largely because I didn't have a plan
when I started, and I was busy chatting the whole time. But I
had so much fun with it. These are photos that I took in a fitting
room at a Gap in Sedona, November 2008.

A really simple two pager of my solo trip to the Petrified
National Forest in Arizona, August 2008. I needed a quick
page to get me moving. This one only took an hour.

My little Norah Bean! I couldn't resist these pictures of her
down at the grass patch. She is a retriever through and through.
You probably can't see it, but that black oval sticker in the corner
-- it says 'Lassie was a slacker'. I love it!

Me, in Ireland, on haircut day. David took this photo of me in
our apartment in Lucan. This layout is so much more vibrant
looking in real life. The smaller letters in the title are glittery
and blue.

Lastly, a layout collage -- another Ireland page. I'm finally
getting to them!! This is the path just across and down from
where we lived. We went there at least a couple times a week
to walk or run. It was one of "our spots".

That's it from scrap land.

Have a safe and happy Saint Patrick's Day tomorrow!

Lis is so right on!

For real though, these are some of the greatest pages I've seen! I think the subject has mostly to do with it. But really, great stuff. I love the GC page. And yes! it IS in the details, baby!
I love how you worked a song into your page. I have a song I'd like to do the same thing with. Very inspiring.

I'm so looking forward to all the Ireland pages that will be coming. You took some great photos there! Makes me want to go back in your blog and look them over again!

Fun stuff!!!!!!!
