The ladies I grew up around called it
Better Than Robert Redford.
Since I made it for Lindsay this weekend,
I called it Better Than Tony Romo.
Or you can call it Better Than Sex.
Either way you slice it, it's a delicious dessert.
Here's how you make it...
1 c. flour
3/4 c. butter (do not melt)
1 c. chopped peacans or walnuts
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Blend until mixed thoroughly and sticky.
Press onto bottom of 13x9x2 pan forming a thin layer of crust.
(For best results, press with your fingers.)
Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
FILLING PART 1:
8 oz. creem cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of a large container of cool whip
Blend and pour this over the crust.
Note: Crust will rip easily. Don't stress if it does.
Just keep it in place the best you can.
FILLING PART 2:
1 13 oz. pkt. of instant vanilla pudding
1 13 oz. pkt. of instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Mix both types of pudding and milk.
Layer over filling part 1.
Note: Don't make this until you're ready to pour
it in the pan. It gets thick fast. If it does
start to set, just add a little milk and stir.
Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with
shavings of chocolate bar and chopped nuts.
Chill for half a day and serve.
