{Flora in Chandler, AZ}

Took my camera out for a walk Saturday morning.
The sun was already in full effect, even early.
But I had fun taking a closer look at these
flowers that are all over the valley. Thought
you might too...

I'm not sure what this plant is called, but they're everywhere
in Phoenix, holding up to the desert heat. The vibrant red,
orange and yellow in it's blossoms are magnificant.

Untrimmed palm trees. There's a whole
forest of them around the corner from us.

These flowers are all over the comman areas here.

I just love these trees with their
sea foam green, smooth bark.

p.s. I'm so ready for it to cool down!
Triple digit heat is starting to get old.

I see those palm trees on my walks every Monday morning and wonder how they ended up there.....
