Our friend, Adriana, can cook.
Like, I think she should be the next Food Network Star.



Out of nowhere the other day, she surprised us with
beautiful
delectable
homemade
perfect
chile rellenos.
I looked forward to dinner ALL DAY.
And they were delish!





I thought it was the sweetest thing that she thought of
us that way. She's one of those smiling, glowing, kind
spirits that you're just happy to know.

p.s. It's officially summer here! It's been good and warm...
like someone turned the oven on outside. These pictures
don't even reflect the highest temps we've had. And it's
only June! Oddly enough, we don't have any visitors
right now. :)
