Resolutions are nice to keep but I'm glad you're not beating yourself up over not doing parts.
For you're March plans, I agree with jennputney, all three are very inspiring! Especially #2, reduce junk purchases! I think I'll try that one. My weakness is Jack's fun stuff! I just bought him the cutest hat the other day! (It's a Cars hat, of course!) $7! I know that doesn't sound like much but it adds up fast!
One last thing, I've been talking to my workout instructor, and she says it's all about the cardio!
Good luck Samshine!
ps, cute pic!!!TruJen Phtographyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00903232674851854092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22604366.post-38018372997250736352009-03-02T12:31:00.000-07:002009-03-02T12:31:00.000-07:00Wow! That's why I said semi-cleanse.
I've read (from multiple sources) that your liver and kidneys will do all the cleansing your body needs it to do and to deprive yourself of real nutrients for days/weeks will deplete you of too much good stuff and leave you without energy and actually worse off. I'm thinking of doing two seven-day stints of no alcohol, sugary stuff, heavy food while
adding lots of really health, whole foods (cabbage, broccoli, bulgar, water, water, water.)
I'm thinking I'll do a post on this and whatever I do that I like and don't like.Samara Linkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15289273550527944603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22604366.post-8594059447190102332009-03-02T11:48:00.000-07:002009-03-02T11:48:00.000-07:00Good job, Sam!
